Mitchell School District Online Activities Registration

Welcome to Mitchell School District Activity Registration

A completed online Activity Registration including an updated physical exam form by a physician is required before students are able to participate in any school activity, including practices.  Parents/Guardians will need to create a new account or login to an existing account for returning users.  You must update information each school year by clicking 'Register' for each student that is participating.  Be sure you are entering a registration for the accurate school year.  Preparticipation Physical Exam Form must be uploaded (cell phone picture is fine - must be legible and signed by physician). 

Those forms are available at most local clinics, MHS Office, or on the Activity Department Website: www.MitchellKernels.com

You will NOT enter a Student ID.  Please leave this field BLANK.    
There may only be ONE account per student.  You must login to your existing account from previous years (not create a new one each year).  The error "this student already exists" means that you have created a duplicate account.  You will need to have the duplicate account removed and use ONLY ONE to continue.
